Our fitness boot camp is designed for men and women of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. No camper will be left behind or asked to complete any more than they are capable of doing safely.
The COREfit program will get you in the best shape of your life in a fun and motivating atmosphere. Unlike a traditional health club you won't encounter intimidation, overcrowding, or broken down equipment.
Our ever-changing workouts combine calisthenics, resistance training, agility drills, core work to tone and strengthen, flexibility to lengthen, and cardio to improve heart health.
We also incorporate short distance running/walking, weight training, jump roping, crunches, obstacle courses, relays, team challenges, agility and power drills, partner drills - and tons of fun!

We are now accepting registrations for 4 week sessions from 6-6:45pm every Tuesday and Thursday evening.
Very simply the most fun your 8-12 year old child will have while learning what it means to be healthy and physically active at an early age. My goal is to help children develop active, positive lifestyles, and empower them to take charge of, and take care of their bodies. This is not an intimidating, military style boot camp - this is a FUN boot camp, consisting of active games, teamwork and partner-work creatively designed for all fitness abilities. No one will be left out, and no one will be left behind - ever. Fostering active and healthy lifestyles from an early age increases the chance that physical activity will become a permanent part of their lives.

TRY US OUT FIRST! Trial classes are $15.00. Limit one trial class per person. To sign up for a trial class, click on the registration button in the menu or the sign up today icon, complete the registration and check the "TRIAL CLASS" box towards the bottom.
6 SESSION MINI: Can't commit to 12 sessions per month? Although attending every session is ideal, I understand that sometimes it just isn't feasible (perhaps you travel for work on a regular basis). In order to accommodate these situations, I am now offering a 6 session mini - your choice of days to attend within the current month. The cost for this option is $80.00, payable at the the time of registration. Any additional classes attended within that month will be $10.00 each.
DROP IN OPTION: If you just wish to drop in when you can, with no commitment at all, the cost is $20.00 per session, payable prior to, or at, each class attended. You must register prior to your first class, and re-submit a re-enlistment form should there be any changes to the original information.
What does the CORE in COREfit stand for? Great question! The CORE has a double meaning. It emphasizes my belief that a strong body begins with a strong mid section - If you can imagine a tree, the stronger the trunk, the stronger the tree.

That is why all segments are designed by time rather than number of reps - so that beginners can focus on form first, and more advanced campers can challenge themselves.
Do I have to be fit to begin this program? Absolutely not! COREfit BOOTCAMPS are designed for all fitness levels. Everyone, from the beginner to the seasoned athlete will feel challenged and rewarded throughout.

Is this program suitable for someone with back or knee issues? YES! There are modifications to most exercises and in fact, with proper guidance, you can alleviate many issues by building strength and flexibility safely. Just ensure your instructor is aware of any limitations.
I've been doing this for a month and have not lost weight, but my clothes are looser. Is this normal? Absolutely normal! I do not do weigh-in's for this very reason. When you begin something like this, you will build muscle quickly initially - and here's the kicker: Muscle weighs more than fat - BUT it takes up much less space than fat! That is why you see the difference in your clothes, but may not it on your scales right away.
I would LOVE to join COREfit, but cannot make the 6am class. Are there other options? Short answer? YES. I add session times based on demand. If you let me know what days/times work best for you, and we can get enough interest (a minimum of 8 people), I will add it - simple as that!
